Details:This is an absolutely stunning 18k colorful enamel vinaigrette locket pendant. The vinaigrette is in the shape of a book, and the fine workmanship allows the locket to be worn on either side. One side of the pendant has a navy floral pattern with a tiny center oval engraved "JBD." The reverse side has a central bright blue forget-me-knot within a diamond shaped motif to represent true love. The enamel is more colorful on this side displaying pinks, greens, white and navy flourishes. and details.

Inside the vinaigrette is a gorgeous hand cut mesh screen where traditionally a piece of scented cloth was placed to assure the wearer always smelled delicious. The ornate screen is in good working order and opens and closes tightly. However if you preferred photos or other mementos could be placed inside the locket behind the screen and infront of it.

Measurements: The pendant's total length is just over 2", including bale, and the width is just under 1". There is a very small dent on the more colorful side.
