This sunburst design was adapted from an 18th-19th century Asante kingdom insignia disc in West Africa. Made of hand-stamped vermeil 24k gold over sterling silver with filigree accents, and set with a single deep-red cabochon garnet. Size: 1 1/2 inches wide, 1 3/4 inches tall.
